Braintrust (BTRST) Wallet

Braintrust is the first decentralized talent network that connects skilled, proven mental workers with the world's leading companies. Braintrust seeks to fix the model of traditional profit-driven independent platforms by aligning user and customer incentives for the benefit of both parties. Users, referred to as talent in the Braintrust ecosystem, gain greater flexibility and specialization through their choice of projects. Companies can scale their workforce based on demand. Neither side loses because the network does not maximize profits as centralized networks do. The Braintrust ecosystem consists of three distinct parts: talent, connections, and customers. Talent is freelancers looking for work. They register on the platform and go through a screening process that checks their background and skills. Once approved, talent can apply for various jobs, take educational courses at Braintrust Academy, and participate in the community. For completing the latter two tasks, the talent can earn BRTRST tokens, which can be put on the line and help the talent stand out in the hiring process. In addition, the talent can earn BRTRSTs for 5-star reviews.

Ownership and management on the Braintrust Network is represented by the BTRST token. The token is used as an incentive to reward the project team community for creating a decentralized network, inviting and validating talent, and engaging customers. The Braintrust token was issued on the Ethereum core network using the ERC-20 standard.
